At Triangular Pixels, we’ve always believed that as many people as possible should get the chance to save the world, no matter your space, setup, or abilities. In Unseen Diplomacy 2, we’ve built a wide range of accessibility options to make sure you can experience the thrill of being a secret agent in your own way.
Here’s how we’re helping make virtual reality and spycraft more accessible than ever:
See the Mission Clearly
Crisp Comic Art Style – Clean lines, bold colours, and clear silhouettes make it easy to see what’s going on, even in busy scenes.
Onomatopoeia Visual Callouts – Sound effects appear as stylish comic text (like CLUNK! or ZAP!) so you won’t miss important audio cues.
Subtitled and Computer Voiced Bots – Every bot has both text and voice, ensuring mission-critical dialogue is never lost.
Play Your Way
True One-Handed Control – You can complete your mission with just one controller.
Left- or Right-Handed Spy Watch – Your Spy Watch is critical for your minimap and knowing your objectives. Choose which wrist to wear your Watch on – lefties and righties both welcome!
Seated and Comfort Play Options – Choose between full walking around or seated play, arm-swinging movement or simple button-press movement for comfort.
Stance Controls – If you can’t (or don’t want to) duck and crawl, use our stance toggle options to do it for you, simulating crouching, crawling and tiptoeing without the physical strain.
Arm Amplification – Extend your reach with adjustable arm amplification – perfect for players with limited mobility or shorter height.
Arm Smoothing – Optional smoothing helps to steady hand movements, great for those with tremors or fine-motor difficulties.
Height Happiness Slider – Turn off seeing rooms with tall drops if you’re not a fan of heights!
Alternate Control Schemes – Adjust the feel of the game by switching how objects are lifted, such as being able to hide the virtual hands when holding a gadget so you can see and focus the held gadget more clearly.
Extra Gesture Control – With many of our options being a toggle we would have run out of buttons! So we added being able to set which actions you would like on the tap of your left and/or right ear, as if you are using a hands-free communicator.
Please note that movement and stance toggle options are limited in MR as the headset must move through real space and cannot be simulated.
Find Your Focus
Goal Highlighting – Toggle clear highlights on objectives and interactive objects if you need help spotting them in a busy room.
Volume Control Sliders – Fine-tune SFX, music and ambient sounds to balance comfort and clarity.
Comic Book Popup Panels – Dynamic panels pop up to help you understand world events, like when you unlock a door, disable a trap, or get spotted by AI.
Disable Screenshake – So those with vulnerable tummies or balance issues stay balanced while escaping danger!
Slow Time – Have a few extra moments to process what’s going on or give yourself more time to dodge a threat!
Flexible Playtime
Quick Play Mode – Jump into a shorter mission, perfect if you have limited time or energy.
Replayable Tutorials – Our ever-improving tutorials can be revisited any time for a quick refresh on spy skills.
Smart Room Scaling – Works in playspaces as small as 2m x 2m. You can even mark off real-world zones (like baby or puppy areas!) so your mission stays safe and smooth.
