We have some massive news to share! The shortlists for the TIGA Games Industry Awards 2026 were announced, and we are absolutely thrilled to reveal that Unseen Diplomacy 2 has been nominated in two categories this year!
It’s always a huge honor to be recognized by TIGA alongside so many incredible UK developers and studios. Here are the categories we’re up for:
VR/XR/AR/MR Game
It’s a stacked category this year, and we’re standing alongside fantastic titles like Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow (Vertigo Games), Drop Dead: The Cabin (Soul Assembly), and Echoes of Revolution (Sugar Creative).
When we built Unseen Diplomacy 2, our goal was to take the physical, room-scale walking mechanics of the original and push them to a whole new level. Creating seamless, endless spy corridors without relying on teleportation or thumbsticks is a wild technical puzzle, and seeing that effort recognized in the VR category means the world to us.
Diversity Award
This one hits especially close to home. We were nominated in the Diversity category for our work making physical VR design inclusive and accessible to as many players as possible.
We believe everyone deserves their turn playing the top-secret agent. While room-scale VR is inherently physical, physical space or mobility differences shouldn’t block you from playing.
Room scaling is only a small piece of that puzzle. Across Unseen Diplomacy 2, we built a full suite of features designed to break down those physical barriers:
- Stance & Height Toggles: Crouch through vents and dodge lasers comfortably without needing to bend down or crawl, making stealth gameplay fully accessible for wheelchair users or players with restricted mobility.
- Reach Amplification & Arm Length Adjustments: Fine-tune interactions so players with limited reach can effortlessly grab gadgets, pull levers, and interact with the world.
- One-Handed Play & Calming Controls: Fully remappable controls and we ensure every mission, puzzle, and interaction can be completed using a single controller. For those who need it we can also smooth out your controls.
- Visual & Audio Comfort Features: High-contrast object outlines, onomatopoeia audio cues.
If you’d like to see how these systems work under the hood, check out our earlier Accessibility Deep Dive Blog Post or watch our recent presentation video breaking down our approach to inclusive VR design.
Wish Us Luck in November!
The winners will be revealed at the TIGA Awards ceremony at Plaisterers’ Hall in London on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026.
A massive thank you to TIGA, to the judges, and to our wonderful community for supporting us throughout development. We couldn’t have done it without you!
